Unless you dont have holes for one in your front bumper then you need one. Cops love pulling over ppl in modded cars for little stuff like that.

yep...we're the ticket cars, they pick on everything...from the window tinting, exhaust, rims, check for any illegal mods

Yeah you need to have it but I rarely do. If I am in town or something I will just throw it on my dash or something, a lot of modded up cars just have them on their dash here.
