ANYWAYS, I posted a thread in the General Ramblings section to get people's attention... I hope it worked... and it would help if someone helped me keep it up despite the fact that it's the most busiest part of the forums.

Rep Power: 0 Real nice Zell, Way to take control! We the committee needs to schedule a meeting to talk about what we are going to do at the West coast meet. Any suggestions on when and where we should meet? I think it should definitely be in May and not later then the 1st of June.

Trust me, when people say that they are coming, and even confirm, some of those people will still "bail" at the last minute...weather it's legitimate exuse or not (work, family emergency, etc) we don't really know...
Lets say that there are about 20 people coming from outside the Bay Area...I expect about 15 to show....
It's still not bad, but the chances of 20 out of 20 people coming is quite slim....

Rep Power: 0 I think more than 20 people will come. Because just in the Bay Area, there are at least 20 members around here. There are quite a few people in SO Cali too which I don't see on this thread... excluding sadboy. (Or maybe I'm wrong? Or perhaps they're too young to travel so far...) Anyways, I'm hoping for at least 30 cars. From now until July 19th is a long time. I just hope people can take arriving to this meet seriously. I would really like to see more people arrive from outside of the Bay Area than the # of actual Bay Area members who will attend.

Woohoo! Finally! But... all is left is Clover Green Pearl, and that Plum Pearl. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-puke.gif[/IMG]Ok, as for the next meet, I'm sure between May and June, I'd like to have one more... not two... just so we can concentrate on setting up the West meet. But I would like for those who can support making this happen to meet up. It doesn't have to be an "official" meet, but just to organize things. But I don't think this meet will be that hard to plan, and us Bay Area members should have enough time to kick back and kick it together.
I still like Ryan's plan in the previous thread for what we were to do the day we all meet up. As far as I know, we need to verify that and...
What actual day everyone's gonna meet up on. Will it be the first day? Or the second? Or both? It looks like we have a solid plan for one day thanks to Ryan, but what about another day?
(18th? (Arrival? If not all, then for some.))
19th? (Arrival/Meet/Touring the city - individually of course)
20th? (Meet up definitely.)
21st? (Will people be leaving this day or the next day? People can still enjoy San Fran or we can meet to at least say it was nice meeting you.)
(22nd? (Departure? If not all, then the rest.))
Hotel information is on it's way.
Along with tourist information for the nooBs to San Fran.
Did I miss something?
