Alright, this is a question for You guys in Vegas. We're looking to move to Vegas pretty soon and I was wondering what the emissions laws were. Is there a smog test every so often? I used to live in California and the emissions laws there suck. But now we live in Alabama and there are no laws. I was wonder cause I have an aftermarket exhaust and I'm pretty sure it won't pass smog. lol

Also is there any good shops out there?

Smog test yearly, but its only a visual and a test of the OBDII system. So, as long as the car isnt throwing any codes it will probably pass.

What do they check for visual?

I'm running a DC ceramic header, Hi-Flow cat/ Resonator, and a GReddy Evo2 catback. I had to extend the secondary O2 wires so it would reach the bung after the resonator. And I have the sparkplug nonfouler on the secondary so it won't through the CEL.

If anything, I can throw my stock exhaust back on I guess.

They probably will never notice. I use to have a DC header and Cat back with an intake... car wasnt smokeing, and wasnt throwing any CEL codes... allways passed.

i got an engine swap that still works with my obd2 running custom intake and full race headers with custom exhaust..... guess what.. i still pass smog.. drive up.. they plug in the obd2 scanner.. no CEL... and in less than 10 minutes i am outties...

LOL, It's a joke, I know Drew personally and I just give him crap about it because of that whole Unique Whips thing. I saw the pics You and Logan posted up, Both cars are sick.

I don't have any visual smoke, and I cleared the cel with the sparkplug non-fouler trick. Only light I have on right now is my SRS light, because I changed my steering wheel, and I need to clear that soon.

yeah, I tried the paperclip thing, I just could get the timing right i guess. Drew has the plug for it and we were gonna fix it at NOPI but forgot.
