Sorry guys, had to spend time with the gf at the hospital. Her mom had a stroke.

Kind of puts a damper in my vacation time which I had scheduled for this week.

Byron, what do you use to take off the tie rod when you're changing your front suspension? I've taken it off before with a hammer and another time with a tie rod separator (but had to replace the boot afterwards). I was trying to take a look at the front shock to see what was making the clanking noise when I turned but got tired when the tie rod end didn't pop off.

Maybe you can help me out sometime?

I've had bad experience with tie rod separators. (riped both boots and ghetto fixed it with duck tape)...There is 2 ghetto ways i usually take out my tie rod ends. One, i use a hammer and bang on the rod not the end to break it free. And the other is, loosen the nut on the tie rod end right to the end of the threads and tap it til it breaks free. If none of those work i could come by assist with that.

oh i plan on doing my rear disc conversion this weekend if i could my a freakin rsx or si e- brake cable around this place. Also AJ and I were also thinking about doing a little bbq at my house and mayb get alil drunk.

Hey guys, I was down in Tacoma till 5 the other day and couldnt make it. Had family in town and they wanted to go see the damn mountain lol. Never go hiking without the proper supply . But yea since they are gone now i have the weekend free agian so whatever you guys are up to holla.
