Las Vegas Autocross Feb 20th...
Its that time of year again! Ever wanted to Toss your car sideways through a turn, but were too worried about wrecking? Ever wanted to see just how fast you could push your car through a turn?? Now here's your chance!!! 
The Las Vegas Region Scca is starting up the autocross season, and your welcome to come check us out.
What: Las Vegas Region SCCA autocross Season Opener... (Round 1)
Where: Las Vegas Motor Speedway in the bullring parking lot.
when: Feb 20th, Registration and Tech open at 7:30 and Close at 8:30. 1St car out at 9:00.

Rep Power: 380 With the Half off cupon your looking at around $20 and we have loner helmets... Just be sure to be there between 7:30 and 8:30, some people have trouble waking up on sunday mornings.

Free... BTW there are Technically no spectators at an autocross (Insureance is too High). so you end up signing the same waver as every one else, so that every one there is a participant (driving or non driving).
BTW, we are there from 7:30 till about 4:00... and some times we take an hour for lunch (12 or 1:00)
Just got back from the event and i must say that is the funnest thing ive ever done. Its a blast because its like drifting with drag. For my first time i only spun out twice. I would say anyone considering this event, to do it its a blast. Talk to Spencer, thanks Spence for a killer time!!!!

Rep Power: 380 Glad you had fun... Results are up and it looks like you came in 5th in the Novice class out of 21 cars... Not bad for a 1st timer.

hey zzyzx lol dude. .i've been trying to figure out why your name seems so familar and i finaly found out why lol....isnt that the name of one of the exits on I-15 head'd out to cali lol

Yup, its just south of Baker... and it goes nowhere (A dry lake and an abandoned Collage Research center...)
