Question for all you guys in Washington...
Hey whats up guys... First time visiting the West Forum. Question is whats Bremerton like. I might be moving up there soon cuz my friend is in the Navy and he is in the process of buying a house and we'll know by the end of this week if it goes throgh and all. My question is whats it like up there if anyone has a clue. Any hot spots, whats the weather like and all that good stuff. Also, are there lots of schools there and junk cuz the moment i get up there, im gonna have to find a school and job to pay for stuff. Thanks for your help guys...

Weather wise, you get a little bit of everything! Rainy and maybe a chance of snow in the fall and winter, spring and summer is fabulous! Sunny the majority of the time and its not too hot! just about right! But Bremerton is more like a retirement community! I lived there when I was young, but I don't recall much more!

Is Bremerton close to Everett? Think I've seen a sign for Bremerton somewhere while I was driving around. I just moved here a few weeks ago. If you play basketball you can come hit the indoor court over at my apartment...
Bremerton is a pretty quiet area. There's SCCA event's there (check wwscc.org). Schools not sure of any major ones Im sure theres a community college there. Jobwise it's dead when the navy ppl are deployed. But once they come back its not a ghost town anymore. Hope you have fun in Brem
