ok guys, name off some spots and we'll look into them. i personaly like irine park cause they are cool with us andits central... not a whole lot to do there though [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/IMG] but suggestions are welcome. spoonsport and i can't make all the calls and we need your input. so PM him or I and or Inpired. im on AIM at summoner12. i've got a LOT of people on my buddylist... but i have NO idea who half the people are... i say the beach though hehe i like the beach in new port south of the pier. its scenic and its got fire pits... so we can chill at night by the fire and make some smored 
ya get off the 73 at Macarther (spelling?) and take that to PCH and take a left on PCH and a right on.... the second light and your there pretty much. if we get there early enough we can have the parking lot... but... its a local beach... it fills up :-( steve or i will have a official post up about where and when... im thinkin later in the day so we have time to wash cars and give people some time to get there. cook a late lunch... make a fire and make smores... THEN cruze. but this time we're gonna have place to meet up at again and its every man for himself to get there. PM or IM me for input or post here. PLEASE! check ya all later!

Rep Power: 0 beach sounds like a good idea to me too. For you guys that said san diego, thats not very spacific, and thats way to one side of the groups area, we need to keep it more central.

Well, my gf wasn't bored.. but I could tell she coulda been havin alot more fun. Oh well, she doesn't doesn't have a passion for civics the way I do... maybe I should get her one someday [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]

Rep Power: 0 I would say Mission Bay or Fiesta Island here in SD. Fiesta Island is on the bay & is pretty much all dirt except for the road around it. It has bonfire rings all around the island. I got a portable grill (not very big) that we can cook out on & we can locate some wood for the bonfire.
Mission Bay Park has ALOT of parking & there are bonfire pits there to. There is a playground there for all the kiddies & its free to park there.
OR we could do a Mt Soledad thing & go cruise SD.. But I think that Mission Bay would be a good option.

Rep Power: 0 Me and Kevin are going to go looking around for a beach over the next day or 2, I doubt it will be Santa Monica or up there because we are trying to keep it central between San Diego and LA. But no decisions have been made yet, I will hopfully post a date tomorrow night. So just hold tight and keep sending suggestions till we pick a place.

OH CRAP DID I SAY THAT?! wait.. im poor.... so uh i dunno about you guys but maybe that is a bad idea...? ok well i don't care where we meet. but im kind apushing for this beach in new port. its nice and clean and its very central. you just take the 55 south to 73 to macArthur and that to PCH and then a right at the sencond taffic light and take that to the second stop sign... take a right and you'll see he beach entrance. but uh yeah.. we'll see whats up wit da beachs tomorrow. give some input as well dudes.
