D16 Build
Looking at a 91 civic with a turbo’d d16 in it. Newer to hondas so i was looking for opinions. Does this seem like a reliable build? The guy said once its tuned it should make between 450-500hp and revs out to 9k. Any helps appreciated.

It looks to have all the appropriate upgrades so it all falls on the tune. Crap tune and it blows up or runs like crap.
