moding air box on a budget
moding air box on a budget
Re: moding air box on a budget
If Your thinking of doing this to Your Civic make sure You have a second air box
on hand from the wreckers yard, in case You don't like the
" Big Horsepower gains.."

thought i seen You grow some horns there for a moment
i simply
suggested You get a second air box if You see no gains instead of being stuck
with a cut up one that You might not of liked is all... all i know is i wouldn't
cut / or bucher my air box on my Civic like that. "Look up K&N air filters if your looking for H.P gains
they will show You exactly what to expect as far as H.P gains right on there site."
on your civic i think i seen 4.8-5 horsepower gain.. performance filters usually
perform best at W.O.T driving around town in low rpm you may never notice
any difference on many oem factory air boxes they try to incorporate already
performance and fuel econo or in other words both of the best worlds.
have a look at some vids i found for You... cheers
