Hey guys I'm new to the high performance aspect. My question is which engine to swap into my 1994 Honda civic? I'm not looking to boost just a somewhat fast DD. iv been looking on Hmotors.com and not sure which engine would be best and what tranny to get with it. Iv I would like to stay under or close to 4grand for the purchase of the engine and tranny. So I was looking at the b16b type r 185hp 117trq with the lsd s4c tranny or the b18c with180hp 127trq and the optional lsd trans. Or should I even get the lsd trans?? Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Also with the purchase of the new engine would it be worth it having the head port and polished along with complete rebuild?
