Hello honda world, greetings from the europen side of things, im chris and i own a 98 jetta 2.Fresh lmfao.... but on a serious note at the end of this summer i want to swap a bseries in a eg hatch. now my goal is a quick reliable daily driver. my budget is 4500 but to be realistic 3500, should i buy a motor from one of the jdm import web sites? or buy a teggy with a ls and put a vtec head on it and go from there? thanx for the help #Webb

ls vtec is not for people new to the game not a easy motor to build u cant just slap a vtec head on a ls its alot more work then then...honestly i had a b18b in my 00 civic hatch bought a wreaked integra for 400 and swapped motor to hatch....you ll need motor/tranny/axels/ecu/shift linkage/rear b16 t bracket and driver side side bracket for a b series swap and if your swapping a b18c or b16 ull also need to wire in vtec.
