Currently driving an EJ1 lowered about 2" on aftermarket springs paired with skunk2 shocks. I'm planning to switch the springs out with some Ground Control coilovers since I feel the springs are way too soft. The only thing I need help with is choosing the spring rates since I know nothing about it. Car is my DD but I also like to push it a little on the streets every now and then. What would be a good spring rate to get for front and rear? I want the ride quality to be leaning just a little more towards better handling than comfort, but not too much. Any feedback is appreciated, thank you.

Re: GC Coils
Our cars are completely different so this is not an exact comparison but I find the rates that I have to be a good balance between handling and DD duties.
I have 340 lb front springs and 515 lb rear springs. Call GC and see what they say. They should be able to guide you.
