Rear tail lights out

Rear tail lights out
Both tail lights and liscence plate lights are out but my blinkers work. I replaced the bulbs and also replaced the fuse that was blown. The tail lights came on for about 5 seconds then completely shut off and i cant get them to come on, can someone please tell me what's wrong...???
