Advise? Recommendations?

I have a 94 hatchback dx with a d15b7...I need some pointers on how to get my crank shaft pulley off...having some pretty serious issues trying to use breaker bars...have made no progress...any advise is welcome...I mean anything...I am completely stuck...just invested in a brand new cylinder head so I'm terrified to damage my valves...PLEASE HELP

Buy the pulley holder tool, among with a 6ft piece of pipe. Use impact sockets and extensions. Set up like this:
