1992 Honda Civic D15b8 Idles low and loses power when warm [solved]

So ive had this problem for a while and its annoying the hell out of me, everytime the car warms up the idle drops significantly low about 500 to 400 rpm sometimes even lower but never stalls. It loses power and you can hear the engine hesitate to go from a stop and feel the throttle not give out as much power when you push it down. No CEL or anything. Ive changed the 02 sensor its got new Bosch spark plugs NGK Coils, ive put a new fuel filter cleaned the IACV put a new PCV Valve with a OEM PCV hose and nothing fixes it. Please can someone give me some advice here? I have a video of how the car sounds when its running like this-----
Update: Just needed a OEM 02 sensor.

Where did you buy the O2 sensor? Honda's are very finicky with aftermarkets.

How cheap was it? If it’s anything less than like $80, it was probably fake.

It means it was some cheap knockoff. Lots of them are "replicas" of genuine parts. The only real differentiator is the price. You'll pay upwards of $100 for the right one, though cheaper ones can be found (ie $80). The only guarantee is the dealership or a Honda verified website (ie Majestic or HondaPartsNow)

Re: 1992 Honda Civic D15b8 Idles low and loses power when warm

So I went and got a 02 sensor from a Honda dealership and the car idles way smoother then it did before. However it still drops to like 200 to 300 rpm when the car gets warm. My last guess is the Ignition timing is off or the Cold Air intake isnt getting enough air. The guy I bought the car from has this Air intake system installed where it goes from the throttle body and goes to a cutout in front of the front strut tower and the filter sits between the Fender guard and bumper. I never like these types of CAI systems as it seems pretty dumb to risk hydrolocking the car for a few extra Hp and the guy who installed it seemed to know this and covered the filter too much. Idk if it could cause the car to do what its doing though. Filter looks clean btw.

Nevermind I figured it out after adjusting the idle screw some and resetting the ecu I test drove it for about a hour pushing it the whole way and the idle never dropped below 500 and it never lost power. This problem was really bugging me out so thanks for the help man
