HI I'm trying to get my windshield washer reservoir out but i'm stuck on the last, most central bolt. Do I need to take the bumper or headlight or other piece out first?

the replacement guide on autozone website says the bumper needs to come off. from what i remember the bumper was really quick to remove, a couple bolts hidden behind lights on the bumper, no?

when i was messing with those hondas all my info was from a haynes manual i purchased, and a lot of 5¢ copies of pages from the chiltons and mitchell books at the library. i'm spoiled these days. i have access to the shop version of alldata.
