Crank no start, 94 civic dx

We replaced the starter on my daughters civic the other day after it wouldn't even attempt to start. Now it cranks but won't start. She also has new battery cables/terminals; a new fuel filter;new plugs and wires. We had the battery tested and they said it was good. I can hear the fuel pump come on, but the car still will not fully start. Any suggestions? If I can figure out how to post a video,I do have a video of what it sounds like when she tries to start it.

Thanks!

First off try starting with the gas pedal pushed to the floor. This will disengage the fuel injectors and allow maximum amount of air in to intake to help possible temporary fuel flooding issue in cylinders. If that doesn't solve it then: Here's a good read to get you started(pun)

Air, Fuel, Spark: which one(s) is missing?

The fuel pump may engage but says nothing of fuel pressure. Easiest way to visually check fuel is to loosen the banjo bolt on the fuel filter, key in second position (pump primes), and watch for spray. Although not an accurate psi test you'd still get a good estimate if fuel/pressure sprays out rapidly:
