First of all i would like to apologize in advance if this has already been answered iv been researching all day and this is pretty much a last resort cause none of the symptoms quite match mine alright so last night i bought a 1991 Civic Dx hatch 5 speed its check engine light is on and it wont rev past 3500 rpms there dosen't seem to be any power loss i can get it up to speed just fine but it is a nuisance when trying to catch up to highway speeds sometimes basically the car sat for 2 years straight so i am thinking will this go away could it just be bad gas needs a tune up? or is this common and can be fixed.
