95 Civic DX Hatch, Transmission Issues

Alright, so recently as I've been driving, I've noticed a clunking noise at my driver side wheel, the volume and noise corresponding with my speed, and I've noticed a considerable decrease in acceleration power. I'm currently in the process of replacing the wheel bearing on that side, but I jacked it up and put it in gear to listen to it, and I noticed that only my driver's side was actually spinning. Could this simply be a stiffer break on my driver's side, or is there a bearing I should be concerned with a bearing (perhaps an output shaft bearing) in the tranny that might be causing this?

Note that, my car is still in the garage waiting to have the wheel bearing replaced, so I haven't even completely solved my first problem. But I jacked up my dad's Civic, and my uncle's Toyota, and both vehicles were putting equal amounts of power to both wheels, and I'm concerned that if there is a transmission issue, I want to get it addressed and taken care of ASAP.

Any and all advice/help would be greatly appreciated.

A brake dragging (even if only slightly) can cause that wheel to not spin.

The differential does not lock, so this is normal and acceptable.

If you couldn't spin that wheel by hand (brake locked up), that might be a problem.

I'm thinking that might be what it is too, that's what I was hoping from the beginning. I'm going to bleed down the brakes and see what that does for it, the pads up front look pretty meaty still on both sides. When my car was in gear, I was able to spin the passenger's side by hand with little trouble, but it would slow right down again when I stopped spinning it. I haven't tried spinning it in neutral, but I'll try comparing the resistance of each tire.

Thanks for the input ezone.

Then it's not an issue, leave it alone. Bleeding won't do a darn thing for it.
