Start/Stop Knock?

My '90 Civic DX has a single knock sometimes when I start or stop. One single knock. I replaced the front MM and that wasn't it. The rear MM is worn, but I can't figure how it would cause a knock. It's not coming from the motor. It seams to be coming from the car frame somewhere. Any ideas? thanks kevin

Re: Start/Stop Knock?

After a Google search i found maybe sway bar? My car does seem to have a bit of over steer lately. I've shaken the crap out of everything and can't find anything loose. Also I now hear it happens as I go over a bump and not just start and stopping. I'll check out the sway bar tomorrow. Thanks kevin
