Thermostat changed and now car will not start...Help!!

Whats up guys I am new to these cars... Last night I changed the Thermostat on my 95 Civic DX M/T.. I have been reading that the problem with my car is the "ground bolt"... I reatached the bolt even cleaned the bolt as well as the spot where it contacts to the Tsat housing and still nothing...The engine is cranking just not turning over... The fuel pump is powering up and the fuel filter is brand new so I know its getting fuel.. It was starting before I changed the Tsat however it was getting hot, Hence the replacement.. What should I do to troubleshoot this problem guys?
