Alrite fellas my ej2 is feeling sick it shoots black crap out of the exausht and it trembles sounds like it is struggling any advice what it may be or what causes that stuff ?

Have you fixed this yet? If you're gettting black smoke out the exhaust it might be running too rich- have you checked for problems with the Idle Air Control and the throttle plate? I would be interested to know what it was if you have fixed it.
