95 civic wont start.. HELP
my 95 civic coupe ex d16z6 wont turn over.. it was fine the other night when i went to town and i came home then an hour later went to go to a buddys hit the key and nothing. so saturday i took the starter and had it tested and it failed so i put a new starter on and still nothing. so a new battery and battery terminals and cleaned all my connections all fuses are good and still have nothing. if i pop start it then it will start up and run just fine. also i have replaced the ignition module in the dizzy.. i am completely stumped if someone could please help me out

ok got it to finally start and i had drove it for a few hours today and now i was going down the road and it just died like i shut the key off and i go to turn it over and it just clicks and my lights dim...

Put a multimeter on the starter terminals, see if you are getting 12 volts. if not you have your problem narrowed down to wiring between ignition switch and starter. Also what about grounding issues. battery, starter, valve cover to chassis, thermostat housing to chassis.

If it died while you were driving i would check your battery and your alternator..get them test by an autoparts store..From the sounds of it your battery is dead at the moment, when you got it to start did you have to jump it???
