Small rattling sound on 93 Si Hatch

Small rattling sound on 93 Si Hatch
I have a Si Hatch & when I turn on the car there is a small rattling sound by the alternator but I can't really identify what it is. I know it's not the alternator for sure because I bought a remanufactured one at Autozone and it's still making that sound. Could it be the tensioner?

Metal on metal rattle is usually the heatshield(s).
