Zc pass smog ca
Hey I'm new here.I got a 95 civic cx with a zc 16 motor.and was wondering if this motor would pass ca smog.I'm running a p28 in it.everything stock.Just got the car a week ago.looked at the old smog test paper and it failed the 15mph test.but passed the 25mph test.it's putting out to much nox.anything would help.
