Question '92 CivicSi 1.6L V-tech with plummeting mpg

I bought this car in 2003 out of LOVE and respect for its purity.

I got her with 102K...she now has 165K. I've done all possible upkeep...timing belt, fuel pump, radiator, hoses, vacuum hoses (silicon), AEM air intake, new ECU, new suspension, new plugs, nexxum n5000 tires on pretty 18" rims, msd wires/distributor cap, battery, skunk intake, dc4:1 racing header, manifold gaskets, PVC valve, 02 sensor, apex catback exhaust, hot pads front and rear with slotted/dimpled rotors, ignition switch, main relay, short shifter, ...plus a sexy new blue dress (Fiji Blue Pearl)....okay, I'm a gal. That being said, I love my car and routinely turn down nice offers for her.

My mpg was between 36-42. I'm not burning oil, my idle has been dialed down nicely, and if anything I tend to hyper-mile more than get off on the Vtec rush. Still, it's been getting worse and worse over the last few months and is now a depressing 20-22mpg!

HELP!
