activating the vtech on a mini swap
so my 96 civic swapped head runs better with original ecu,chipped p28 not so good, i figured if i just put power to the vtech solinoid, it will move the pin,let oil flow,lock the 3 rocker and pow, vtec, i tryed it and the soliniod is clicking,but when i drive it no change in performance???? anyone know y?.thx.
