B18A1 head with B18B1 block??

B18A1 head with B18B1 block??
Hey guys, just bought a complete B18B1 engine a bit ago for $260 (blown head gasket) on tearing the engine down I discovered a crack in the head. A co-worker of mine has a B18A1 that he said he would GIVE me the head off of, my question is if the B18A1 is a exact fit or if minor machine work is needed. This motor is being built for boost as well so if anyone knows the C/R on a B18A1 head on a B18B1 block it would be much appreciated. thanks
