question 94 16v 1.5 with turbo?

question 94 16v 1.5 with turbo?
Ok I just bought a 94 Civic DX 16v 1.5 119k miles and it has a T3/T4 turbo on it. can this engine handle this turbo? also what spark plugs should I run in this engine with the turbo installed? I am not very knowledgeable with tuner cars. thanks!
