any recommends on coilovers for 96 civic hatch?

i have a 96 hatchback and im planning to drop it but i also want my ride to be smooth and not bouncy. any suggestion? springs or coilovers?

if done right coilovers will be smooth-ish stiff none bouncy, if done cheap with coilovers then stiff bouncy ride, springs are nice except for the fact you cant adjust them, I had a cheap set of coilovers and my civics dumped on the ground, ride was rough, now I have a set of tien S-techs and ride is nice drop is ok only thing is I cant adjust height, if I was to come into money and get new suspension I would go for skunk 2 pro s 2 because of the multi adjustable feature.
