Suspension package advice

hey guys. i'm shopping for new shocks and springs. i'm pretty set on getting tokico blues. I found 4 tokico blues shocks and 4 tokico 1.5" lowering springs for $421 with free shipping??

deal or rip??

That looks to be about standard for HP's (blue). did you look in to Bilstiens? pricier, but better.
