99' civic wont start.. I'm installing an alarm to my civic
and when testing the current for the constant V from the ignition, i touched bare metal and blew the 40A fuse by the battery.
so before messing with it any further i disconnected to battery to check it
(why, i dont know)... so after re-connecting the battery, i find the car is still dead...??
