Honda Civic 99 Rear Shoe Code
Honda Civic 99 Rear Shoe Code
Hi all,
I'm not kidding when I've searched the vast internet for this answer.
But I was wondering if anyone knew the rear brake shoe size for a 1999 Honda Civic EK1 2 Door hatchback CXi model.
I would really appreciate it if someone could give me an answer, the searching has really frustrated me.

Re: Honda Civic 99 Rear Shoe Code
Why?
And WTF is a "brake shoe code"?
Your first post asked only this:
200mm.
Now I just can't grasp your issue with looking up your brakes on the Bendix site.
Seroiusly??
You look it up by vehicle.
I had no problem finding the listing for yours.

The R576 and the RS576 appear to be identical to me.
R is relined, RS is global.
Are you buying directly from Bendix, or just going down the street to Autozone for their $16 Duranoisy shoes?

Walk into any parts store.
Tell them you want brakes and what your car is.
They look it up themselves to give you the wrong parts.
Or maybe I'm missing something here.
