Crank but won't start....Help!

1993 Honda Civic ex. Just did a motor swap from a d16a HMO to a d16y7. We got everything back together. Everything is grounded and plugged in correctly. When you turn the key it cranks but it only acts like it wants to start when you go full throttle. The timing is was set tdc and we've redone it many times today to try to get tit to start. We are all stumped. Changed the map sensor to see if that was it. Nope. Changed the distributor cap to see if that was it. Nope. It's getting fuel. It's getting spark and it's getting air. Someone help.

Recheck spark plug wires firing order.

Is fuel flooding in the cylinders? Turn key to second postion and hold gas pedal down (WOT) for a minute. Then crank at WOT. If it doesn't start then pull spark plugs and see if they have gas on them. While the plugs are out crank the engine a few times to help dry the cylinders. Another oprion is to manually crank the engine and spray shop air (compressor) into the cylinders while they are at BDC to help dry the cylinders.

Have you tried using starter fluid sprayed into the TB/intake while cranking?
