went to start up the civic....help(911)
So I have officially thrown in the towel with working on this car for today and its barely 100..In the process of installing coilovers so right now the vehicle is on jack stands (front only) Ive been waiting for mounting brackets for 2 days and today right now they are "out for delivery" so i decided to start it up real quick let it idle etc. all of the sudden engine idles rough there is a loud vacuum leak sound (intake is off but this is louder then normal) I turn off the car immediately of course and inspect engine bay...no mess, damage etc..takes about 5 minutes i look at the rear of the car and there is what smells like gasoline that shot out a good 2-3 feet...(see pictures...) nowhere else on that car is there a leak but right at exhaust. the car ran just fine prior to me removing at least two front wheels...most recent mods...spark plugs iacv block plate (y8 IM) and ngk wires...someone help. im wondering how gas could get to the exhaust in that amount..the catalytic converter being destroyed or being on jack stands for that long...but the idle? any help appreciated....

of course it wont let me upload the pictures..hopefully link works

Are you sure that it is actually gasoline? That looks like a puddle of water and it isn't uncommon for water to collect in the tailpipe of cars that see short trip/in town driving. It takes some time for an exhaust to get hot enough to burn off condensation in the tailpipe and having the front end in the air likely allowed it to drain towards the rear.
Start the engine again with the air intake properly installed and see if it is actually louder. And many cars "feel" much rougher when they are sitting on jack stands because the tires and suspension can't absorb drivetrain vibrations.

It's just water.
Normal byproduct of combustion (Chemistry 101)
No problem.
Loud?
Also can be expected with the breather off, you can hear every sucking sound from the throttle body loud and clear.
You can probably hear when the IAC opens and closes too.
