99 civic over reving
I just got a 99 civic from a used car dealership about 2 months ago. It was running fine until last week when it started over reving when I was trying to get up to speed. It does that any time I am getting up to a speed over 40mph. It also started making a popping noise every time I take off and sometimes when it downshifts.
