Question Can bad valve seals cause no start?

The car will start sometimes but then just stall. Compression is at 120 for all four cylinders and with a wet compression test the numbers didnt change, so its not the rings. Can that low of compression cause it not to run? I know for sure its getting spark and fuel. Should I replace the valve seals?

So....are you saying it DOES run sometimes?

If so, how well does it run when it does run?

To answer only the title question: No.

It won't stay running. When I first start it, it idles really low at like 500 rpm, stays on for 30 seconds to a minute and then stalls. When I take out the spark plugs there wet with gas. I had the fuel injectors cleaned, a new fuel filter, new fuel pressure regulator, cleaned the iacv, new plugs, new distributor new timing belt and tensioner and there's no change. I don't know what else it could be

I don't believe so. I had it at tdc when doing the timing belt, hand cranked it over 5 times, loosened the tensioner bolt and retightened it cranked it over a few more times and they were inline together crank and cam pulley) the rotor faces the number one cyclender on the cap. When I hand crank it over, it does get tighter - harder when on top, is that normal?

Yes, that's compression you're working against.
.
and they were inline together crank and cam pulley
What's "they"?
What about the timing marks on the cam and crank pulleys?

An engine must have spark, fuel, and compression.
In the right amounts, at the right times.
Which is missing from yours?

You say the plugs are wet. I assume wet with gasoline?
This tells me it COULD be
Lack of spark
Lack of compression
Too much fuel injected
Maybe others.

Is the exhaust/cat clogged up?
Remove the primary O2 sensor and see if that allows it to run a little better with an exhaust leak.

I would try adjusting your valves, they may be too tight. if this doesn't work, I would lean towards bad valves not seating properly.
