Honda civic 1999 idle issues
1999 honda civic idle fluctuation in park. engine will rev up and down as if you are moving throttle up and down seems to work ok in drive any solutions or theory's to fix this would be great!

Try cleanin out your IAC if its not that then probably your tps...im havin the same problem now...if you disconnect the tps itll work fine meanwhile
