98 Civic EX Oil Seal Identification

My 1998 Honda Civic EX has been leaking oil for sometime now. About a quart every 3000 miles. I have replaced a lot of seals on it including the crankshaft seals, rear main seal, vtec solenoid gasket, and the distributor cap gasket. I know these are from different ends of the engines, but it looks like i had multiple seals leaking.

I now have a Fel-Pro Crankshaft Front Seal Set (part# TCS 45989) and a OEM oil pan seal. However, I am having a difficult time identifying where all the seals included in the Fel-Pro kit go. Fel-Pro uses names for the seals that are not in the shop manual. The seals are in the attached picture.

Oil Pump Inlet Tube (Part#91482)
Front Case O Ring (Part#92353)
Front Case O ring (Part# 91740) - Between Oil Pump and engine
Crankshaft Front Seal (Part#92357) - Located under Crankshaft Pulley
Oil Pump Inlet Tube (Part#94093)
Oil Level Indicator O Ring (Part#95426)- Located between dipstick tube and engine

One of the Oil pump inlet tube seals is for the tube that runs from the oil pan to the oil pump, but I can't identify where the other one goes. I've attached a picture from the shop manual where I identified the front case o ring and oil pump inlet tube.

Where do the three remaining seals go?
