2002 Honda Civic code P0730

It started about a month ago when you where pulling out from a dead stop you would feel the tranny slipping ever so slightly. Two days ago it got worst when you put it in drive or reverse it was like neutral, if you gave it a lot gas it would go but take a lot. At the same time when it got really bad two days ago the check engine like came on, checked codes and had two P0730 gear ratio incorrect, the second code but did not have a code number said fuel air metering. I took off the shift solenoid tested them one seemed a little week but screens where very clean. Need help please
