Exclamation Car loss power while driving on fwy. Help!

I have a 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid 4 door, Auto. with only 27,000 miles on it.

I have recently experience while driving on the freeway that the car completely lost all motor power. Still had radio power, but dashboard lost lights. It felt like the car lost all power like it would while in N. Had to pull over put the car in park and ran through all gears car didn't nothing. I put it in P. and shut off car completely and waited a few minutes and started the car back up and it ran normally from there.

The dealership wants a min of $100 just to run a diagnostic and I am broke with no money just trying to make it to work and school every day. Can anyone help me. if you have experience this issue before please let me know or you know of someone please let me know. Thanks Everyone
