What should I replace while I am swapping an engine?

Hi! It is my first post. I hope this goes well.
I blew up my old Honda engine in my '00 ex (I know I'm stupid). I am buying the same engine (d16y8) with around the same mileage (150k). I am going to be swapping them out. I need to know what I should be replacing or cleaning when I am in there?
Timing belt?
Gaskets?
Clutch?
Fuel pump?
Also, what should I do to clean it out? Will it hurt it to use harsh cleaners?
Is it worth it to go get it bored? and should I be getting new rods?
I will probably get the head polished as well.

Thanks a lot for answers.

Also let me know if there are any guides on how to do this. I am having my uncle who used to be a mechanic help me but I would like to research it beforehand. Thanks!

Are you rebuilding the engine or just swapping?

Change the timing belt, water pump, tensioner accessory belts and clean the FITV and IACV.

Yea, I'm putting the same engine in, I'm not sure what a rebuild entails so that's why I'm trying to figure out what I should change to do it and all the other stuff that I should do while I'm in there.
