Distributor problem
97 civic lx stock 120k AT ran great avg 37 mpg, had to replace distributor( aftermarket) car runs but bogs down under load, just got 23 mpg, tried to adjust timing but no more adjustment. everything i see says timing belt off a tooth, can it jump? nothing was changed but distributor
