98 civic new compressor causes rpms to go wild. help!
I just had a new compressor and accumulator installed into my 98 civic dx and had to take it back in because the rpms were going below 500 and causing the car to stall. I know I have a compression problem with my 4th cyl. but I have never had this happened before when the ac was working previously. The mechanic ended up manually raising the rpms idle control but now the car is erratic and goes all the way to 3000 rpms even at a stop. What can I do? Help!
