96 Civic EX grinding drivetrain HELLLPPPPPP

96 Civic EX grinding drivetrain HELLLPPPPPP 1996 EX Automatic
1.When i start out slow and step on the gas and raise the rpm to 2k i get like a whirring noise and as soon as i let off it goes away.My speedo doesn't really go up until i really step on it.Sounds like the linkage is not enging or loose or something.Any ideas??
2. When coming to a stop i get a horrible creaking noise like stepping on old steps and it sound like the axle is going to snap off.Like grinding metal.I had a shop replace cv joints,inner/outer tie rods,all ball joints,upper control arm.I am still getting the same sound.
Any help would be appreciated
