1.6 Non-vtec, 160,000 miles, timing belt was replaced by the previous owner. No CEL.
Replaced plugs and wires at 157,000.

Here's the problem: My engine has a rough idle, right around 700 RPMs, and it doesn't sound like a miss. The intake air temp sensor was dirty but cleaning it didn't help. I unplugged each injector and plug wire one at a time and everything behaved like it should have.
And, maybe unrelated, but the engine surges a little when close to or at wide open throttle. It's hard to describe but feels kind of like the car lurches just a little bit every few seconds.

Except for the exhaust manifold & muffler, everything is stock.
