im at my wits end with my car, i got a 95 civic 1.5 non v tec, it acts like its running on three cylinders, ive changed, timing belt coil icm plugs wires cap rotor fuel filter, and did a seafoam treatment. at idle or in reverse to drive it chuggs n i gotta stay on the throttle or it wants to die. when i get over 20 mph it clears up and it runs semi normal with a slight miss but then at stops it chuggs back to the three cylinder thing again ive been working on this for over a week now and ive got over 300 invested into it im running out of options can someone please steer me in a right direction thanks

Check your injectors and fuel pressure. Clean the IACV and throttlebody. Might also be a head gasket. You can also do a compression test to pinpoint which cylinder. You can get a tester for like $15 at harbor freight.
