I have a 2000 Honda EX and I have been having problems pop up and not sure if they are mechanical or electrical.

The following issues are:
1. The rear window defroster only works in the middle section of the window and not the top or the bottom of the window.
2. The light on the clock radio does not work.
3. The driver's side window will roll down just fine, but has difficulty rolling back up. Today the window finally just was stuck in the down position. I let the car sit for a couple of hours and went back and tried it again and it finally went back up. It seems to have had difficulty getting itself back up for the last couple months, but after a really slow start it does get there and this is the first day I couldn't get it back up.
4. The wireless keychain locking mechanism does not lock or unlock the doors at all. For a while a kept walking away and think that the care was locked and finding out it was left wide open. The light on the keychain blinks everytime I push the button, but the car does nothing.
5. The interior light on the roof sometimes goes in and out.

I don't know if any of these problems are due to one single thing or several issues.
In the last year I have replaced the battery, had a total tune-up, and it has passed the safety and emissions just fine.
