ok I'm new to this forum,I have a 1998 civic lx 1.6 non vtec. I know,I know,it's a wind up. anyway this is my wifes car and i'm having trouble with codes. i have three codes right now,I have a map sensor high code,I have a code saying my catayalist is below threshhold,and my idle controls aren't working right. I already checked the map sensor and it's completly within parameters,I have a feeling the catalist is the secondary O2sensor,but I have no idea why the map sensor is on when the sensor is fine,I also don't have a clue where to even start with the idle control. I checked the map sensor O ring and it's fine also. I've also checked all the connections for dirt,being loose etc. any ideas would be appreciated. I'm used to working on older hondas with carbs.
