does anyone have instructions on installing a head unit? is it hard? cuz i wanna learn about cars, and i just started. im working on interior right now and i gonna install a panasonic head unit. if you can, can you tell me how to install it just for reference? i think i know how to do it, but im not sure. thanks
it's real easy. should only take an hour the most....
here's a link on how to get to the headunit... sounds hard/confusing at first but it's not...

you need a dash kit(to fill in the gaps. cause if you notice, the stock headunit is odd shaped).
you also need a wiring harness(unless if you want to cut the stock one).
their both about $15 each and can be found at best buys or curcuit city or where ever.
1) follow instructions on the link about to take out the head unit
2) connect the wires from the headunit to the wire harness(all i did was twist them and tape them securely. many people say its not good enough and to get those wire connectors but oh well...)
3) put in the dash kit, put in the new headunit, plug everything back in, reverse the steps on the link n your done...
if your planning on adding an amp(to run subs or cabin speakers) then try to do it the same time so you wont have to take out the headunit again.
here's a link to help you out.. http://www.crutchfield.com/infolib/S...h-installation
it also has links to install an amp n speakers n stuff.... i learned most of the things from there...
